Meet Tim

Tim is a Christian, husband, father, and Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years of healthcare experience. Over the past five years, he has specialized in obesity and medical weight management, completing over 10,000 patient visits.

Tim's goal is to help people achieve lasting weight loss and metabolic health through personalized medical care and a behavior-first, habit-based approach—empowering them to build sustainable lifestyles, feel better mentally and physically, and live longer, more energized lives for themselves and their families.

This is delivered through a Four Pillar approach—behavior, nutrition, physical activity, and medication—with a strong emphasis on behavior as the foundation for lasting change.

He takes a whole-person approach, emphasizing the power of belief, mindset, purpose, and habits to create sustainable change and help patients feel better both mentally and physically. Grounded in his faith, Tim is passionate about helping people recognize their God-given worth and potential so they can achieve lasting health results they’re proud of. He also believes that investing in your own health is one of the most selfless things you can do—because when you feel stronger and more energized, you’re better able to show up for your family, your loved ones, and the people God places in your life along the way.

This work is personal to him—after losing and maintaining 15% of his own body weight using the same behavior-first strategies he teaches, Tim experienced firsthand the discipline, setbacks, and consistency required for lasting change. That journey improved not just his weight, but his energy, confidence, mental health, and overall quality of life.

Tim’s mission is to empower people to take ownership of their health by building belief, discipline, and sustainable habits—leading to lasting physical and mental transformation. He aims to help people live with greater energy and confidence, and to have the strength and vitality to fully engage in their families, their work, and the life they value most—so they can show up more fully for the people around them, from family and friends to the everyday interactions that shape their lives.
