Long-term success — especially weight maintenance — is rooted in mindset, patterns, and daily decisions. Behavior is the cornerstone of our entire model and the framework through which all other pillars operate.

 

This is not about extreme rules or temporary discipline. It is about subtle, powerful shifts in thinking and habit formation that compound over time.
